I JUST RECEIVED AN OFFER FROM VACANT LAND SQUAD IN THE MAIL. IS THIS LEGIT?

Yes! I'm local to Wisconsin, and am always looking to purchase land. I typically do 40+ transactions per year. I'd LOVE to come to terms on an agreement to purchase, but even if we can't, I'm happy to help any way I can!

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF WORKING WITH YOU VERSUS A REALTOR?

No commission. No finding the rare realtor that specializes in land. And finally, no waiting around for a buyer hoping they can actually close the deal. We can close in cash in two weeks OR purchase on seller financing/land contract to help your taxes in a particular tax year.

AFTER WE SIGN THE AGREEMENT, WHEN DO WE GET PAID?

At closing by the title company or the attorney handling the closing. The nice thing about our process is we ALWAYS use a Wisconsin attorney or Title Company to handle the entire transaction. That way you're protected, we're protected, and it's just like any other real estate transaction.
