Rezoned and subdivided a 45-acre parcel into 10 beautiful residential lots. Helped bring new homes to the area while preserving the natural setting.
MANITOWOC - MANITOWOC COUNTY
Purchased 4.65 acres from a neighboring owner that wasn't utilizing the parcel. They wanted to cash in. Closed in less than 30 days with an all-cash offer.
CREEKSIDE RESERVE – WALWORTH COUNTY
Purchasing 22 acres and worked with local officials to create 7 new home sites. Closed with seller financing to help offset the seller’s tax burden.
WAUKESHA COUNTY LOTS
Purchase 2 lots in the Village of Vernon. I closed on the buy side in less than 45 days with an all cash purchase. The out of state owner was able to sign documents remotely with the title company and experienced an easy process.
WHITEWATER, WI – WALWORTH COUNTY
Purchased directly from a longtime owner. Coordinated title work, handled closing, and helped the next family start their dream home.
