Hey, I’m Dylan Rusch. I grew up right here in Wisconsin and have always loved everything about this state — from the rolling farmland to the small towns that make it feel like home.

I started Vacant Land Squad because I saw how frustrating it can be for people to sell land. Realtors didn’t want to deal with it. Big “we buy land” companies made lowball offers. So, I built a local, honest alternative.

Today, I help Wisconsin landowners sell property quickly and confidently — whether it’s a small parcel or a larger tract that might be split or developed.

I’m a licensed Wisconsin Realtor and full-time land investor, and I close over 40 land transactions every year — from one-off sales to small subdivisions.

When I’m not walking properties or meeting sellers, I’m spending time with my wife and kids, cheering on the Packers as a season ticket holder, or exploring more of the state we call home.
